Web Beacons
Our website employs techniques known as “web beacons,” which typically consist of single-pixel images embedded in web pages. These web beacons enable Vhizle and third parties to monitor and collect information about the viewers of web pages, web-based documents, email messages, or other communications. The data gathered includes details such as the type of browser that requested the web beacon, the Device Identifier to which the web beacon was sent, and the time the web beacon was viewed.
Vhizle utilizes web beacons for various purposes, including counting web browsers, tracking visits and page views. Additionally, web beacons are employed to monitor traffic and conversion patterns, personalize user experiences (including advertising and content), and determine if messages were opened, links were clicked, or notifications/offers were acted upon.
Cookies
A “cookie” is a small piece of data that often contains an anonymous unique identifier. When you visit a website, this data is sent to your browser and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Upon accessing our website, cookies may be sent to your web browser and stored on your computer or mobile device. We utilize cookies to record information about your preferences while online, enabling us to customize our websites according to your interests. The information gathered through cookies helps us understand our visitors’ profiles and enhances the user experience we provide.
Cookies also play a role in recognizing when you are signed in to your Vhizle account, leading to a more personalized experience. Furthermore, we use cookies for serving targeted advertising. In certain cases, we embed content from social media and other third-party websites, such as Vimeo, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, SoundCloud, Spotify, Instagram, and Flickr, to promote Vhizle teams and athletes. Consequently, when you view pages with such content, cookies from these third-party websites may be presented and track your usage on the Vhizle website. Please note that Vhizle does not control the dissemination of these cookies, and for more information, you should refer to the relevant third-party’s website.

Third Party Websites
Certain links on the Vhizle websites may direct you to third-party websites and services that are not operated by us. Messages and Notifications
Vhizle offers its subscribers private messaging tools known as “Vhizle Messaging.” These tools facilitate conversations between individual athletes and coaches, custom groups, or the entire team within the same Vhizle roster. The purpose of Vhizle Messaging includes sending practice reminders, requesting team feedback, discussing game strategies, and sharing training resources.
When a message is sent, all participants in the conversation, except the sender, receive a notification within Vhizle Messaging indicating a new unread message.
Once a message is deleted from the sender’s personal account, it is also removed from the recipient(s)’ accounts, making it inaccessible to both parties. However, it is essential to note that any information submitted by the sender in the messages may be forwarded by the recipient without the sender’s knowledge, either through notification emails, text forwarding, or screenshots taken before deletion.
To maintain privacy and competitiveness within teams, Vhizle requires authentication to view messages and shared files within a specific team. In certain situations, Vhizle may disclose information if it suspects that a party is a victim of harassment. Such disclosures may be made to appropriate authorities, including law enforcement agencies, child protection agencies, or court officials, as deemed necessary by Vhizle.
Aggregated Messaging information may be used for auditing, data analysis, and research purposes to improve Vhizle’s products, services, and customer communications. Vhizle will not share any Messaging information with partners unless explicitly approved by the team admin.
Vhizle reserves the right to access Messaging information for investigations related to illegal activities, suspected fraud, harassment, threats to safety, violations of Vhizle’s Site Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, or as required by law.
Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, as outlined in this Privacy Policy, and as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. In some cases, applicable law may necessitate longer retention periods. Additionally, we may keep certain information for contractual and legal compliance, legitimate business interests (such as improving and developing products and services, and ensuring their safety, security, and stability), and for the exercise or defense of legal claims. However, we will not retain your personal information beyond this period, and we regularly review the retention of personal data.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider factors such as the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the data, the potential risk of unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for which we use the information, whether those purposes can be achieved through alternative means, and the relevant regulatory requirements or legal rights.
We may also retain an anonymized form of your personal information for statistical purposes indefinitely, as long as it no longer identifies you and we have a legitimate and lawful interest in doing so.
Security & Confidentiality
Vhizle is dedicated to safeguarding the personal information you provide to us, ensuring its confidentiality, security, and respecting your privacy. All data, whether written or electronic, is stored on our servers, computers, and at physical locations. To protect your personal information from misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, and potential harm from computer viruses and other threats, we maintain reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards.
Access to personal information is limited to specific staff members, joint venture partners, subsidiary companies, and relevant third parties who require such access for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.
Privacy Laws Compliance
Vhizle adheres to the data protection and privacy laws that are applicable to its operations. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are acquainted with these laws, including any exceptions that may be relevant. Additionally, please note that privacy laws in different jurisdictions may undergo changes periodically.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Privacy Policy, Vhizle’s obligations regarding the handling of personal information are limited to the requirements mandated by the laws of the country or countries having jurisdiction over Vhizle in specific circumstances.
