• Click on the “Join” tab on the top right
• You will be redirected to the “Registration” Page
• Please input your details in the given fields. (All fields are mandatory & are marked with *)
• After selecting your level of participation as either a “Coach”, “Athlete”, “Director” or “Fan” you will now provide your School Name from the drop-down list which is mandatory.
• Select your school from the list of schools provided. If you can’t find your school, then please Click on “Register School”
• Once you select your school, the Mascot name and Address of your school will automatically fill up in their respective fields. After verifying the details filled are correct. Click “Next”
• You will now be asked to provide your Sports Details. Select your sport from the list of sports provided. You can also choose your level and team.
• If you play or coach multiple sports, you can also add another sport by Clicking on “Add Sport” which is the same process as before.
• After you click on “Submit”, you will be shown a message saying that your registration is successful and to check your email for verification.
• Please check your email and click on the verification link.
• Once done, re-enter your log in details on the Vhizle App – you will now be able to use the application.

• After receiving your invitation to join Vhizle, please Click on the “Register” link provided in the email.
• You will be redirected to the “Registration” Page
• Please input your details in the given fields. (All fields are mandatory & are marked with *)

• After logging in, go to your profile by clicking on your profile picture on the top right corner.
• A drop-down menu will open, Click on “My Profile”
• You will now be redirected to the “My Profile” page.
• To edit your profile information. Click on “Edit” to the right side of the page.
• Once you have done your changes, click on the “Submit” button to save your changes.

If you need to reset your password or recover a forgotten one, click the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen. You’ll receive a reset code via email to set a new password.

During registration, you can choose your level of participation (athlete, coach, AD, or fan) and provide personal and sport details accordingly. Then, simply submit to finish the process.

Athletes can add their career stats by navigating to the “Stats” section in the app. Select your profile, go to “Career Stats,” and input the relevant data.

• After successfully creating your profile on Vhizle, you will now be able to update your stats.
• On your Profile Homepage Click on tab labelled – “Add your Career Stats”.
• Based on the number of sports you play; you will be provided the appropriate statistics fields for those sports. Input your stats and Click on Submit. This is not mandatory and up to your choice.

Athletes can initiate messaging by selecting the user they want to message from the user list. Start a conversation and send messages within the app.

• Click on the “Connect” tab, out of the drop-down menu, select messages.
• After clicking on “Messages”, you will be redirected to the “Messages” screen.
• To the left side of the screen, you will see the messages window, that will show previous messages.
• In the messages window, click on the ‘people’ icon.
• Two options will pop-up, Users and Groups
• Click on “Users”, you will now be redirected to a new page where you can see all the users from your organization.
• If you already know whom to message, you can then search for their name/username by clicking on the search icon.
• Once you found your contact’s name/ID, Click on “Actions” on the right side of the screen. You can either “View their Profile” or “Message”
• By Clicking on “Message” you will be redirected to the “Messages” screen where you can now write your message and send them.

To create posts, go to the “Posts” section in the app. Tap the “+ icon” to create a post, add content, and share it. Other users can like or share your posts using the provided buttons.

• To create a Post, Click on the “Connect” tab. Select ‘Posts’ from the drop-down menu.
• You will now be taken to the “All Posts” Page, where you can view all the Posts published.
• On the “All Posts” title banner, Click on the three dots located on the extreme right. You will then get a pop up saying “+”
• After Clicking on “+”, you will now be taken to the “Create” Page. Input the appropriate data in the given fields.

• After verifying the data, Click on “Publish”

Coaches can create events by going to the “Events” section in the app. Choose the event type, select participants, set start and end dates, and provide the facility address to create an event.

• To create an Event, Click on the “Connect” tab. Select ‘Events’ from the drop-down menu.
• You will now be taken to the “All Events” Page, where you can view Events, Requested Events and Other Events.
• On the “All Events” title banner, Click on the three dots located on the extreme right. You will then get a pop up saying “+”
• After Clicking on “+”, you will now be taken to the “Create” Page. Input the appropriate data in the given fields.

• After verifying the data, Click on “Submit

Coaches can create polls or surveys by accessing the “Polls & Surveys” section. Add multiple questions to your poll or survey and share it with your selected audience.

• To create a Poll, Click on the “Connect” tab. Select ‘Polls’ from the drop-down menu.
• You will now be taken to the “All Polls” Page, where you can view Ongoing and Closed/Cancelled.
• On the “All Polls” title banner, Click on the “+”located on the extreme right.
• After Clicking on “+ ”, you will now be taken to the “Create” Page. Input the appropriate data in the given fields.

• After verifying the data, Click on “Submit”

Coaches can start messaging by selecting the user they want to message from the user list. Begin a conversation and send messages directly through the app

• To the left side of the screen, you will see the messages window, that will show previous messages.
• In the messages window, click on the ‘people’ icon.

• Click on “Users”, you will now be redirected to a new page where you can see all the users from your organization.
• If you already know whom to message, you can then search for their name/username by clicking on the search icon.

To record athlete career and game stats, coaches should access the “Stats” section. Select the athlete from the listing and input the relevant data.

• On your Vhizle Home screen, Click on the “Engage” tab.
• From the drop-down menu, select “Athletes”
• You will now see all the registered athletes. You can also use the search bar to search for a specific person.
• Once you see the person of interest. On their profile box, Click on the 3 dots located on the upper right corner.
• An ‘Actions’ box will pop-up, Click on “Stats”
• You can now make changes in fields provided, regarding the athlete’s performance.
• After entering the values, Click on ‘Update’ to save your changes.

• On your Vhizle Home screen, Click on the “Engage” tab.
• From the drop-down menu, select “Games/Practices”
• You will now be taken to a page, where you can see Ongoing, Scheduled and Closed/Cancelled games or practices
• Out of the three tabs – Ongoing, Scheduled and Closed/Cancelled. Select the tab of your interest.
• Once you see the Game or Practice of interest. Click on the “Stats Record” icon which is located under actions to the right.
• After Clicking on the “Stats Record” you will be taken to the events stats page.
• You can now make changes in fields provided, regarding the athlete’s performance.
• After entering the values, Click on ‘Submit’ to save your changes.
