We reserve the right to modify, introduce, suspend, or discontinue any feature or Service, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.

You agree to use Vhizle responsibly and respectfully.

You retain ownership of content that you own and submit to Vhizle.

By submitting or sharing content through the Services, you grant Vhizle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, maintain, and improve the Services.

This license is limited to the purposes described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy and remains subject to applicable law.

You represent that:

Team administrators and organizations must manage access to their accounts and information responsibly.

Vhizle is not responsible for information shared by users outside the permissions and controls provided through the Services.

All rights, title, and interest in the Vhizle website, platform, software, design, branding, logos, graphics, interfaces, text, and other materials owned or licensed by Vhizle remain the property of Pigeon-Tech, Inc. or its respective licensors.

These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute Vhizle-owned materials.
  • Use Vhizle trademarks, logos, or branding in a misleading or unauthorized manner.
